As a Clinical Nutritionist, I regularly help people with their food choices in order to make them a healthier and happier person. I also work as a recipe developer, hold cooking classes and advise different food brands.

The coaching sessions will include a complete nutritional assessment, personal diet advice, a meal plan with recipes, shopping list, as well as complete support and motivation along the way.
